Produced, implemented and successfully delivered all marketing collateral for a commercial real estate development currently in pre-construction, consisting of 253 units in the heart of St. Catharines.

I designed the branding, conceptualized the web presence and created a series of digital ad campaigns that ran leading up to the sales centre grand-opening until the development was successfully sold out.

Gates of Thornhill is a new condo and townhouse development currently in pre-construction at Dufferin Street & Centre Street, Vaughan. Gates of Thornhill has a total of 597 units. Sizes range from 832 to 1428 square feet.

I was hired to create a unique identity that expressed the idea of individuality, affordable luxury and community. I have created the logo mark, conceptualized the website design, as well as, floor plans and produced physical assets such as signage designs and brochure.

This style guide provides information on the various elements of the Annex Publishing & Printing Inc. (Annex) brand and their application at Annex. The guide is designed to ensure that any applications of the brand elements are consistent and united across the entire group. 

This is key to establishing the recognition of our leadership in the Canadian Publishing Industry.

Zepp is the first air freight logistics company utilizing a fleet of CL-160 helium zeppelins to transport goods in the GTA.

The brand guide depicts Zepp’s essence for efficiency, delivering customer’s shipments to destinations in most environmentally safe way and acts as a key document that helps content creators communicate a consistent message to their audience.

Public perception of the TDSB influences how the community and families see the Toronto education programs and influence student enrolment. For these reasons it is important for the TDSB to achieve and maintain a positive public reputation.

Continuing and International Education manual, as well as, posters to promote various ESL programs that were featured all over the city are made to reach out to those new to Canada in a non intimidating fashion; all while maintaining the standards of TDSB brand and positively reinforce their reputation.

Having worked for TDSB for number of years as both, their resident media specialist and a freelance designer, I learned a true meaning of strict guidelines when it came to being creative. It was a challenge to please numerous trustees, as well as, stay true to my skills as a creator and a maker of "all things nice". 

Utilizing a new versatile logo, I was able to take their promo material and create some of their ESL program posters to advertise free programming across GTA.

Infographics became a really big part of my day-to-day design life. Illustrating information in a far more creative way has become my favourite thing to do and results have not been more welcoming!

PEM - Plant Engineering and Maintenance has undergone a major redesign in 2014. Everything from Logo to font to its corporate colour scheme was altered to complete and clean and cohesive look for its readers.   

Surveys and tables were replaced with more visually effective infographics to capture attention and convey the message in a more visually pleasing way.

My Health My Choice program was designed by Toronto Foundation for Student Success in collaboration with Toronto District School Board to bring awareness of healthy lifestyle amongst students of the GTA. 

Along with the promotional material, event organizing and apparel, My Health My Choice remains one of the largest educational programs with in the TFSS.

The PrintAction Education Series begins with an event focusing on colour management, which continues to be one of the printing industry’s most challenging arenas. It also holds some of the greatest potential for costing savings and operational productivity. This event includes sessions for technicians in the morning and afternoon sessions designed for both technicians and managers.

A series of both, print and digital ads were generated to promote the exciting curriculum. 

To.Night was a free afternoon newspaper targeted at evening public transit commuters on GO Transit and TTC.

To.Night was typically 16 pages - though it had increased page-count up to 32 pages if the opportunity arose - focusing on the freshest news and entertainment stories that come across the newswires.
